Design/Build allows all phases of your project from custom design to the final nail or brush stroke to be managed by WJPI. This enables you to be completely involved from the initial design concepts through the end of the build phase and confident that everyone involved understands the outcome.

The first step after your initial contact is to meet at the proposed site to review the project and determine if the WJPI Process works for you. If you are interested and want to continue moving forward the design phase starts with a retainer of approximately 1 to 2% of the estimated base construction price with design and evaluation work completed and billed regularly on an hourly basis. This allows us to take the time to explore all options, investigate exising conditions and make selections prior to the contract estimate phase, reducing the chance of an inaccurate project estimate.
